Hi Gregg,

A few weeks ago, our garage door was damaged by a plumber from ____ while he was attempting to drive his van into our garage.

I insisted that he have the repair or replacement done by Garage Masters because we had purchased our garage doors and openers from your company a couple of years ago and we were very pleased with your service at that time.

I spoke to you on the phone the day of the "_____ incident".

I just wanted to write a note to thank you for your assistance. When I called that day, I was upset and your advice was reassuring and helpful. My husband and I were also pleased with how quickly the door was assessed and repaired.

Please also thank Scott for us. We found him to be very efficient and knowledgeable. When he was replacing the bottom door panel, he noticed that the top door panel had also been damaged, returned on a weekend morning with the second panel and installed it very quickly.

The staff person who answered the telephone at Garage Masters is also very courteous and friendly. All together you have great customer service and I would recommend your company to anyone who asks.
